Tutorial Tuesday-How To Quill An Umbrella

Merry Christmas!!!! A few weeks ago I showed you how to quill a little duck. In this tutorial I want to show you how to quill the little umbrella that goes with the duck. However, you can use this umbrella by itself as well.
