This photo has been waiting to be scrapped for 26 years LOL Wow! Makes me feel like quite a procrastinator :-D I do love how the page turned out though. The banners are chipboard by Gina's Designs. The doilies are also from Gina's Designs, made out of great quality card stock.
To give the banners some texture and a metallic look, first I covered them with modeling paste. The I took acrylic gloss and added PearlEx powder in 3 colors. I mixed it up and painted the chipboard pieces.
I painted the doilies with the same acrylic and PearlEx powder mix, but I did not put any modeling paste on them first.
